We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
- Automate testing processes using established testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track progress of defect resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality assurance best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and manage test schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to bring innovative testing solutions into the organization.
- Assist in the development of testing documentation, including user manuals and process specifications.
