Candidate should be Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably with an MBA/ PGDM in HR or a related field with 1 to 4 years of HR and administration experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Able to independently handle plant HR and administration
- Good working knowledge of the Factories Act, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Experience managing contract labour, payroll coordination, and timekeeping
- Familiarity with ISO processes and documentation
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage plant administration, including canteen, housekeeping, security, stationery, and office and plant upkeep
- Handle HR activities and ensure HR compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and applicable labour laws
- Manage contract labour and coordinate with labour contractors
- Coordinate payroll activities and manage timekeeping and attendance
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies
- Support ISO documentation, audits, and compliance
- Plan and organise company events
- Carry out any other work assigned by management

Maruti Suzuki Toyotsu India Private Limited (MSTI) is established to set up its vehicle dismantling and recycling unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Toyota Tsusho India Private limited and Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan. MSTI is responsible to procure and dismantle End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs). The process include complete solid and liquid waste management as per the Indian laws and globally approved quality and environment standards.
The facility in Noida is the first unit by MSTI and the JV will add more such units across India. The unit have an initial capacity to dismantle around 2,000 vehicles per month. MSTI source vehicles from dealers as well as directly from customers.
