We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 10 to 15 years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, Ladder bifurcates. Staff FDE (IC): deep technical authority across engagements. Engagement Lead (Mgmt): runs a portfolio 2 or more workstreams/ PODs, manages 3–6 FDEs, owns outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- IC own the hardest problems — agent architectures, eval frameworks, COBOL→Java target-state; align with Enterprise Architecture
- IC set cross-program technical strategy and reference architectures
- Own scope, staffing, demand forecasting, BCP and delivery governance (RAG, KPIs)
- Own client satisfaction and project health• Architecture proficiency; target-state design (PCF→GCP, COBOL→Java, IBM MQ→Kafka)
