Candidate should be Any Graduate with 6 to 10 years of experience in general administration, back office operations, vendor management. Must have excellent communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Register maintenance Maintaining records in related registers for stock details and usage among others.
- Vendor management – Performance monitoring, Escalation matrix and contact details of vendors including registration of new vendors.
- Attendance records of associates and vendor staff.
- Bill verification & payment – Verifying bills with invoices and professing the same in coordination with Account section and TCS Admin and Finance Team.
- Stationery & consumables budgeting for future procurements etc.
- SLA measurement & monitoring – As define by project guidelines. Up-to-date asset register with assets numbered
- Mock drills – Fire, UPS & DG, AMC & Preventive maintenance of all assets, monitoring CCTV, PAS, Burglar alarm system, signages, fire extinguishers, etc.
