Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, System Testing).
Very strong expertise in SQL Database – mandatory.
Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries including:
Inner Join, Left/ Right/ Full Outer Join
Subqueries & Correlated Subqueries
Group By, Having, Aggregate Functions
Views, Indexes, Constraints
Stored Procedures & Functions (basic understanding)
Data validation & backend testing
Strong understanding of Database Testing concepts (data integrity, data migration, ETL validation).
Experience in requirement analysis, test case design, defect tracking, and test reporting.
Ability to validate large datasets and perform backend data verification.
Experience with tools like JIRA/ ALM or any defect tracking tool.
Good understanding of SDLC & STLC processes.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environments.
Basic understanding of APIs & Web services validation.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Good communication skills.
