- Salary: 26,000 CTC per month
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Technical Support/ Technical Troubleshooting Process

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers over voice calls to resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and device configuration issues.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service by accurately diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions.
- Database Tracking: Document all customer interactions and technical steps taken in the CRM tool.
- Process Adherence: Meet daily performance metrics, quality standards.
Required Skills
- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication Skills in English.
- Prior mandatory experience in a Technical Support Voice Process or hands-on Technical Troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, internet networks, routers, and basic hardware.
- Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs.
- Immediate joiners who can start right away are highly preferred.
