Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related field with 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience working with technology teams to deliver business and technical solutions leveraging your skills with Java, WebSphere, .NET, Rest API, Fuse, Kafka and JSON
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize them.
Experience in working on initiatives that involve business segments.
Expert understanding of agile concepts and an agile mindset. Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks.
High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationships.
Ability to problem-solve to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadership.
Experience with Fraud Technology
Hands-on software development experience in Java with knowledge of Object Oriented Design.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
