Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline (Administration or Facility Management background preferred) with 4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Administration, Facility Management, or Office Administration. Hands-on experience in Vendor Management, Facility Management, HVAC maintenance, Security & Housekeeping management. Must be proficient in MS Excel & SAP
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations to ensure smooth functioning of office premises.
- Oversee Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Canteen, Pest Control, and other workplace services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for HVAC systems, electrical equipment, DG sets, office infrastructure, and other assets.
- Monitor maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical installations, office equipment, and utilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, workplace hygiene, and adherence to safety standards across facilities.
- Maintain and track petty cash expenses, vendor invoices, purchase requests, and related documentation.
- Manage company assets including issuance, tracking, maintenance, and record keeping.
- Support employee onboarding activities including workstation readiness, ID cards, seating allocation, and asset handover.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments for administrative requirements and employee support.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to facility operations through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare administrative MIS reports, vendor performance reports, and expense records.
