We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SpecFlow, API Testing, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and C#. The role involves designing test scenarios, executing manual test cases, automating critical test cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of web applications and APIs.
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using SpecFlow and C#.
- Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Create and maintain BDD test scenarios using Gherkin syntax.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and test estimation.
- Perform regression, integration, functional, and system testing.
- Ensure software quality through continuous testing and process improvements.
Required Skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using SpecFlow.
- Strong programming knowledge in C#.
- Experience in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and writing feature files using Gherkin.
- Good experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Experience in defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with CI/ CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to performance or security testing is an added advantage.
