We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of quality across Web, Mobile, APIs, and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong retail/ eCommerce domain experience and be comfortable investigating complex production issues using observability tools and network debugging utilities.

Retail / eCommerce domain experience (Grocery, Marketplace, Fulfilment, Checkout, Orders, Payments, Subscription, Customer Journeys)
Strong understanding of customer-facing digital journeys
Automation Testing
Hands-on experience with Playwright (Mandatory)
Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
E2E, Regression, Smoke, and Integration testing
CI/CD execution of automated test suites
API Testing
Strong understanding of REST APIs
Hands-on experience with:
Postman
API validation
Contract testing
Request/Response analysis
Authentication mechanisms (OAuth/JWT)
Troubleshooting & Observability
Experience using:
Splunk
New Relic
Any observability platforms
Ability to:
Analyse logs
Investigate production incidents
Trace customer journeys
Debug failures across distributed systems
