We are looking for a Program Coordination & Office Administration Executive to manage candidate communication, program follow-up, joining coordination, and day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact candidates through phone, WhatsApp and email regarding the Physical Design Engineering Program.
- Explain the program structure, duration, fee, selection process, schedule, facilities and other details to interested candidates.
- Follow up with interested and shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, technical interactions, selection communication and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records and follow-up status.
- Work towards defined candidate conversion and joining targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding candidate requirements.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Support office readiness and coordination once the program starts.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to candidates and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates and explaining program details.
- Comfortable with follow-ups and target-based work.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / Excel.
- Experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, recruitment coordination, HR coordination, business development or office administration is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Compensation
15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Work Location- Whitefield, Bengaluru
Work Mode: In-office
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
