We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for test case creation, execution, defect tracking, regression testing, and ensuring product quality in an Agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare test cases/ scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UI, Cross-Browser, and Database Testing.
- Execute test cases and report defects using JIRA.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coordinate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing for new changes and bug fixes.
- Identify areas suitable for automation testing.
Required Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Manual Testing/ QA
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes
- Experience in Web and Mobile Application Testing
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic SQL/Database Testing knowledge preferred.
- Exposure to automation testing concepts is an added advantage.
