Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Test Environment Management/ QA Environment Support. Hands-on experience with Jenkins for executing builds and deployments. Good understanding of testing life cycle, QA processes, and test environment readiness.
- Knowledge of CI/ CD fundamentals and release processes.
- Experience with basic scripting (Shell/ Python) for environment checks and automation.
- Familiar with configuration management tools (Ansible/ Chef/ Puppet) or config files.
- Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, or equivalent)
Role & Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Test Environments (SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, Performance) ensuring stability, availability, and configuration accuracy.
- Coordinate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure environments are ready for testing cycles.
- Support environment setup, build & deployment activities, including basic troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues.
- Work with Jenkins to run builds, deployments, smoke checks, and environment validation.
- Perform configuration management across environments and maintain version consistency.
- Implement and monitor environment health dashboards, logs, and alerts for proactive issue detection.
