We are looking for Senior .NET Developers (strong hands-on) to support a key initiative related to Cell Therapy. This role requires a very strong developer with solid expertise in .NET and C#, given the critical nature of the program. The Technical Lead for .Net, C#, and angular will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions utilizing the .net framework, C#, and Angular technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the full software development lifecycle using .net, c#, and angular technologies.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and design technical solutions.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
4. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for optimization.
5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet project deadlines.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the .net, c#, and angular ecosystem, and recommend innovations for efficiency and productivity.

1. Strong proficiency in .net framework, c#, and angular for designing and developing web applications.
2. Experience in leading development teams and driving successful project deliveries.
3. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and techniques.
