As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the organization.
Professional & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
