We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in functional testing, strong SQL skills, and hands-on exposure to test automation using Java and Selenium. The candidate will be responsible for validating complex business requirements, performing end-to-end testing, and supporting automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing
- Analyze BRDs/ requirements and create test cases
- Execute backend testing using complex SQL queries for data validation
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar tools
- Support automation execution and maintenance using Java + Selenium
- Collaborate with Dev, BA, and Product teams in an Agile environment
Desired Profile
- 3–5 years of Manual Testing experience
- Strong Functional Testing skills
- Excellent SQL knowledge (joins, subqueries, data validation)
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Java + Selenium automation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and defect management tools
Good To Have
- BDD (Cucumber/TestNG), Jenkins
- API testing (Postman)
- Healthcare/Insurance domain experience
