Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 1 to 3 years experience in quality assurance, software testing.
Basic understanding of API testing and SQL.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test plans and test cases for various software components.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, and work with the team to
resolve them.
Review and update test documentation regularly.
Test APIs to ensure they work as expected and meet security standards.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and
ensure thorough testing.
Participate in team meetings to share updates and discuss progress.
