We’re looking for experienced Testers to join our Banking Domain. As a Senior Tester, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end testing of Collections System (FICO, Finacle, etc) domain applications and processes, ensuring quality delivery across BRD/ FSD/ UAT phases.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Collections systems (FICO,Finacle etc)
Perform SIT/UAT cycles, regression testing, and defect management
Implement automation frameworks (Katalon, Selenium)
Prepare detailed test plans, test case documents, and defect logs
Manage test cycles, user stories, and defect tracking in JIRA
Collaborate with IT and vendor teams for requirement understanding and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Collections processes, allocation strategies, and system integrations
3 to 5 years of Manual and automated testing experience (Katalon, Selenium, Postman)
JIRA proficiency (workflow management, dashboard creation, reporting)
Documentation skills (clear, structured test cases and reports)
Technical skills (JSON frameworks, API testing, SQL queries)
Nice to have skills
Experience with automation frameworks beyond Katalon (Cypress)
Knowledge of RBI compliance requirements related to CollectionsFamiliarity with Collection systems
