Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing with strong background in functional testing.
Must have good hands-on experience with JIRA
Basic understanding of API testing or working with Postman (preferred)
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and high ownership mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile project environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Execute end-to-end UAT for all Conversational AI journeys across WhatsApp and related system integrations.
Perform functional, regression and edge-case testing with strong attention to detail.
Log, track and update all defects in JIRA ensuring detailed reproduction steps and supporting screenshots/videos.
Validate bot responses, conversation flows, NLP accuracy and system behaviour for consistency.
Conduct sanity and smoke testing post deployments and assist in release cycles.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases and maintain structured documentation of findings.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Customer Excellence teams to ensure closure of issues on time.
Provide clear, articulate updates during daily standups and highlight risks or blockers proactively.
Preferably have prior understanding of digital banking, especially retail lending, liabilities and credit card products.
