Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience in Finance, Business or Computing field with 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting EMP Suite (Oracle Hyperion, SAP etc) or good FP&A related support experience would be needed. Experience of working with software as a service based product/application support for supporting US based accounts would be preferred.
Experience of working with MS Office, especially with Excel would be preferred.
Excellent communication (both oral & written) and presentation skills. – Absolutely Important.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
.Net/ SQL scripting knowledge would be nice to have.

- Candidate will be required to work with our global customers, Planful Support and Pre-sales consulting teams in the United States and India.
- Closely collaborate with Product Development & QA teams in India on product requirements and issues.
