We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor either fresher or experience to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues while providing a high-quality customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries through voice for an international process.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
- Understand customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and product/service-related solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while resolving queries efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Meet individual and team targets related to AHT, CSAT, FCR, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Stay updated with product/process knowledge and technical troubleshooting procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Graduate freshers can apply.
- 0- 4 years of experience in International Customer Support/ Technical Support/ International BPO preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and customer support processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Comfortable working from the Gurgaon/ Gurugram location.
