We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual Testing Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual testing knowledge and will be responsible for leading a team of 3-6 members while also engaging in hands-on testing activities. The candidate must be well-versed in Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software testing. Proficiency in Jira and Postman is essential, while experience with QTest is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-6 manual testers, providing guidance and support in testing activities.
- Conduct hands-on manual testing of software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and develop test plans.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira for tracking defects, managing test cases, and reporting on testing progress.
- Employ Postman for API testing and validation of backend services.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices within the team.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing status to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
- Proficient in Jira for test case management and defect tracking.

Qualifications
