Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Engineering or Equivalent with 2 to 4 years of experience in manual software testing or quality assurance. Worked with products based testing. Should be well versed in Functional Testing, Sanity testing, Smoke Testing, Retesting, and Regression Testing. Understanding of C#, .Net, Java would be an added advantage. ISTQB certified would be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Define QA Policies and evaluate and improve them.
Ensures delivery against company goals and objectives.
Develop and manage metrics for performance improvements.
Should have good knowledge of Manual Testing tools, Bug Tracking Tools.
Orchestrate the Deployment and delivery of software.
