We are hiring Manual Testers with experience in Lending (LOS/ LMS) and Banking Payments (NPCI – UPI/ IMPS) domains. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact banking and fintech projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing for Banking, Lending & Payment applications
- Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)
- Test payment flows like UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS
- Validate Issuer & Acquirer transaction flows
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and test plans
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA
- Perform end-to-end testing of lending and payment lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, BA, and business teams
Key Requirements:
- 1 to 6 years of strong experience in Manual Testing
- Hands-on experience in LOS / LMS (Corporate Loans preferred)
- Experience in Banking & Payments domain
- Knowledge of NPCI workflows (UPI / IMPS etc.)
- Understanding of lending lifecycle & workflows
- Experience in defect tracking & reporting
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred
- NPCI Certification (Mandatory for Payments role)
