We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure software solutions.
Role & Responsibility
- Lead the Design & Development of Java-based full stack applications using Spring Boot and React/Angular.
- Define and drive system architecture, design patterns, and best engineering practices.
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate with SQL/ NoSQL databases.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical direction.
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams in Agile/ Scrum environments.
- Implement and support CI/ CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production support.
- Promote SRE best practices, observability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Java development, including full stack and microservices architectures.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/ OpenShift.
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and async processing.
- Strong understanding of CI/ CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ Ansible).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
