Role & Responsibilities
- Manage office administration activities including courier coordination, vendor management, and housekeeping supervision.
- Coordinate travel bookings and maintain accurate expense records.
- Handle guest relations professionally and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Manage invoicing, stationery , and inventory tracking.
- Support general office operations and administrative documentation.
