We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
- Perform API testing using tools/frameworks like Rest Assured, Postman,
- Design and enhance automation frameworks following best practices
- Create reusable utilities and automation libraries
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case reviews
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation
- Ensure quality standards throughout the SDLC/ STLC lifecycle
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Solid experience in API Automation Testing
- Experience with Rest Assured or similar API automation frameworks
- Good understanding of TestNG/ JUnit
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Good debugging and analytical skills
