We are looking for a Assistant/ Deputy Manager Infrastructure & Administration to support infrastructure and administration activities, including branch setup, relocation, facility management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administration operations.
Required Experience
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Administration, Infrastructure, Facilities, Real Estate, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in branch/ office setup, relocation, renovation, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, Retail, or other multi-location organisations will be preferred.
- Good understanding of vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and travelling across locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new branch/ office setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders for infrastructure-related requirements.
- Support site visits, site readiness, space planning, and office setup activities.
- Coordinate day-to-day facility management, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other administration services.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers, including quotations, negotiations, work orders, renewals, and performance tracking.
- Support procurement of office furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, AMC contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Track infrastructure and administration expenses and support budget monitoring and cost control.
- Ensure offices/branches comply with applicable safety, statutory, and administration requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, IT, Finance, Business, and Operations for branch/office-related requirements.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, project status reports, expense reports, and vendor-related reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of infrastructure activities.
- Travel to different locations as required for branch setup, inspection, renovation, and other infrastructure-related activities.
