We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer specializing in manual testing to ensure software quality through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and a keen eye for identifying defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans and strategies
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects
- Ensure quality standards are met before release
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Hands-on experience in manual testing techniques
- Experience in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Good understanding of web/mobile applications testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation
