– Mentor junior team members to build their skills and confidence in manual testing.
– Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations and deliverables.

– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Store Operations.
– Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
– Strong ability to design comprehensive manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
– Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking throughout the testing lifecycle.
– Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
– Familiarity with test execution strategies and maintaining test documentation for audit and review purposes.
Additional Information
– The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
– This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
– Resource has to come and work all 5 days from HDC4 facility with the existing POS lab team
– A 15 years full time education is required.
