  DExcel Digital Hub Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment, Interview Coordination, Sourcing Profiles, Screening, Employee Engagement. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility-

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR, Admin, Internship Department.
Assist with the recruiting and on boarding process.
Recruiting new staff members, vetting applicants, joining formalities, induction updating databases, overseeing Personnel performance reviews in coordination with HRD and the management.
Design Job posting send it to the management for approval.
Screening of resumes as per the guidelines provided by the management.
Coordinating interviews, work interviews, and meetings

Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
