Candidate should be Graduate/ Bachelor of Engineering Graduate from a recognized University (Preferably - Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) Experience as Technical Support Officer preferred
Basic MS Office Excel; Word; PPT Planning & Organizing Call Management knowledge; Active Listening Logical Thinking; Speed and Accuracy Basic knowledge of Retail store and equipment Good communication Skills both Verbal and Written.
Job Responsibility-
Being available for my stores colleagues whenever they seek support To Probe; Triage and Dispatch Jobs for the Stores Allocate the right man with the right skill @ the right time Handle Inbound / Outbound Calls within the Key Performance Indicators Manage the job with High Quality Partnering with business leads to bridge process gaps as a part of continuous improvement
Be a strong team player with a strong partnership outlook Ability to troubleshoot; have eye for detail and problem solving skills Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicator`s Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.
