Job Description

Human Resource Management operating as an HR Business Partner in a mid-size organization. Should possess strong influencing skills with people and teams. Experience operating successfully in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Relationship building, and change management skills will be essential
Significant experience and ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions
A proven track record of developing organizational change initiatives that deliver real business results
Demonstrated strong business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills

Key Result Areas-

This role serves as influential partner to leadership helping to build capabilities that enhance our relationships with internal clients and drive business results. Serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor in providing proactive, practical and valued HR thought partnership to business while ensuring alignment with ACTs corporate culture and business initiatives.
