Job Description

We at Cex Webuy Entertainment Private Limited, are looking for a Technical Support Engineer at our Lower Parel, Mumbai office.

Required skills:

Good Verbal/Written English Communication
Reliable, Confident, and Self-starter
Resilient and able to face and resolve conflicts
Experience in Supporting Overseas Customers
Knowledge of TCP/IP and ADSL/SDSL Technologies
Windows Server 2008/2012 Experience

Knowledge of Enterprise Level Anti-Virus Products
Active Directory Administration
Basic Networking Skills
Basic Linux Skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred (not essential) skills:

MySQL Administration Experience
Mac OS X Experience
Nagios Experience
