  Randstad India Private Limited is looking for HR/ Admin Executive (Remote/ WFH)



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelor s degree with 0 or 2 years of relevant experience. Must have worked in an environment with ticketing/ case management (ServiceNow, JIRA etc.) systems to drive efficient results in SLA.

Experience in SAP would be a good to have.
MBA Freshers can also apply

Previous formal or informal people leadership experience required.
Must demonstrate the following competencies:
Passion for customer service delivery
Process focused and improvement orientation.
Work collaboratively with the U.S headquarter and regional leads globally.

This position has primary responsibility for managing processes that support the global programs of HR Centers of Expertise. Current scope includes managing workflows which provide support in the areas of compensation, benefits, onboarding, learning, development, and reporting.
