We are looking Graduates interested in Technical Support Executive (CSE) role with good communication skills. For Client Reliance- Navi Mumbai Ghansoli.
Technical Support Executive will help distinguish our company with professionalism and assist our customers via phone and email.
1. Attend calls from customers to understand their technical services related issues. 2. Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the support services. 3. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer issues. 4. Record the customers issues in ITSM system. 5. Keep records of calls and record useful information.
Training will provide for above mention role.
Laptop is compulsory for 1 month (Afterward u will get system from company)
CTC- 2.5 Lacs pa Working day-6 days Rotational shift-9 hrs (7 a.m.- 8 p.m)- Female (7 a.m- 11:00 p.m)- Male
