Looking for Junior HR/ Admin Executive to ensure all facility Management is done as per company standards Responsible for ensure visitor/ internal employee admin related Vendor Management & documentation is done as when require Track on Joining kit to new joined employees.
Functional Responsibilities:
1) To guide contratual supervisor, security, housekeeping staff for daily task to be completed. 2) To ensure vehicle audit is done on monthly basis & ensure all details of all vehicle is maintain update 3) To support and ensure for events arrangment are done time. 4) To support and coordinate any query related to travel desk, transportation.
5) To keep tracker of all expense related to HR & Admin department. To ensure invoice is clear on time with necessary approvals. 6) As per cab booking, Vehicle allotment to be given to internal employees 7) To ensure all administration process is taken care as & when required. 8) To keep updates of IMS documentation . To ensure timely closure for the same and update to team Lead. 9) To support in facility maintaince related activity.
