Codegate Technologies Private Limited is looking for Human Resource & Admin Manager

Job Description	Candidate should have Degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Studies & Management with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with accounting knowledge and work experience. Must have excellent in communication both verbal & written. Proficient in both languages- English & Hindi. Pleasant deposition and committed personal. Good team player and able to lead by example. Well-versed in Human Resource systems, SME payroll, or any HR/ recruiting software. Must possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills. Beyond these traits, Human Resource & Admin Manager must be well-educated in their field of expertise and has robust work experience. Enhances the organization`s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR/ Payroll & Administration. Handle the company`s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes. Maintained the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors. Provide and prepare compensation information for auditors. Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards. In charge of Petty Cash reimbursement and disbursement. (if required) In charge of the full spectrum of office administration and pantry supplies replenishment. (if required) Work for franchise improvement and monitoring (if required) Report to the foreign office and make HR policies according to the company Other specific duties as assigned.
