Roles and Responsibilities-
Sourcing, Screening and Recruitment. Conducting Interviews and Coordination, admin work Search resume databases for the most fit candidates Screening the profiles as per the requirements from the management Communicate with Hiring Managers Aligning the Interviews as per the clients needs Keeping the follow up with the candidates until their on boarding process
Write and proofread job descriptions Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates Use multi-channel approach to recruit Evaluate which sources bring best candidates Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
