  TRS Forms & Services Private Limited is looking for Senior Executive - HR & Admin



Job Description



Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training and Development. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Responsible for the recruitments of permanent/ Contract staff as per the requirement for the branch or for the projects.
Closely work with the Branch HODs, raise manpower requisition as per the branch requirement to Head - Transformation, get it approved and plan for the recruitment in the most economical way possible.
Source the contract staff agencies, employ temporary/ contract staff as per the project requirement.
Maintain employee related information such as manual attendance register (both biometric and manual), leave records etc., and furnish this information to HO- HR as per the periodicity.
Ensure that employees are motivated and work as a team, in achieving the organization`s goals.
Constantly liaise with the employees and ensure that all HR issues of Employees such as PF and ESI issues are addressed and escalate the issues immediately to Head - Transformation.
Maintain project wise data for Performance analysis of all the Employees to be properly rewarded during annual increments.

Training and Development-

Identify training requirement (Job related, On job and soft skills). Develop training calendar for all the above mentioned trainings.
Arrange and coordinate for all on job related trainings with HODs.
Conduct soft skills trainings as per the training calendar. Conducting Induction Trainings for the new recruits.
