Technical Support Engineer   




  MProfit Software Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be BSc IT, MCA or Graduate with excellent academic results with Fresher with 0-1 years of experience.
Must have good logical thinking & excellent communication with fluency in English and Hindi
Short course in any computer languages such as Java, C++, Web Technologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

As a Technical Support Executive at MProfit, you will have the following responsibilities:

Providing online demos and customer support via phone & online for MProfits various software products
Online technical support & onboarding guidance to be provided to MProfit clients Communication and collaboration with team-members to ensure a seamless customer experience
As part of the job, you will get a good understanding of financial products, while improving technical & communication skills
You will receive training of 3 to 6 months by senior MProfit team members for providing technical support and online demos to MProfit clients
