Job Description



Candidate must be a Graduate with experience in HR and Administration. Enthusiastic & Good communication skills with good in English language. Should possess knowledge of recruitment portals, latest soft wares. Only candidates from Pune need to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1) Recruitment & staffing of manpower for the company
2) Knowledge of portals like naukri.com, monster.com, shine.com etc.
3) Knowledge of Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, MLWF, Factories Act etc.
4) Compensation & benefits coordination
5) Attendance & wage chart completion thru latest SW
6) Payroll / Salary administration for all units employees & corporate staff
7) Compiling Insurances for company and employees

8) Implementation of Training & HR policies, Procedures, schemes, incentives etc.
9) MIS & manpower budgeting, for training and general HR
10) Coordination for training (Technical & non-technical)
11) General Administration work
12) Facilities management & upkeep
13) Company vehicles coordination & insurances
14) Transport arrangement for company staff whenever needed

15) Coordination for Event management & employees engagement activities
16) Making Purchase and work orders for admin related purchases
17) Taking care of Telephones, mobile phones and all company assets
18) Liaison with Govt. offices like Corporation, gram panchayat, local authorities.
19) Making of AMC of all assets of the company
