Teerth Realties Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should have MBA in HR (Age below 30 years) having excellent communication skills with English Proficiency (Verbal and Written) MS Excel, and MS Word. Must have Deep understanding of recruitment processes. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting software, and candidate databases. Ready to learn new things must be able to work independently. Knowledge of statutory compliance PF/ ESIC/ LWF/ Gratuity etc. is must. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees. Assisting HR Manager in recruitment process and handle end to end recruitment independently. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (social media like LinkedIn, Telegram etc). Follow up and assist with the candidates transition and on-boarding process. Continually check Employee attendance. Continually educate employees on company policies. Keeping and maintaining employee record in a systematic way. Assisting HR Manager to monitor employee s progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive. Manage Employee engagement activities and Organizational development activities. Handling of payroll software and salary process.
