  Sealink International Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin



Job Description

Candidate should have a Degree in Human Resources or any other related field 3 or more years experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills & problem solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Administration experience with exposure dealing with queries, problem solving and ad-hoc projects.
Excellent organization and administration skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving.
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
Has worked on HR software.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Prepare offer letter, employment contract and completing joining formalities and documentation on HR software
keeping track of confirmation, appraisals, and increments of employees.
Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
Process payroll for employee.
Full Final Settlement.

Well versed with all the Job portals.
Looking into Admin related activities
Performs other duties as assigned by the MD
Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
Carrying out all daily tasks and duties in a manner in keeping with and advancing
