  Mahindra TeQO Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Technical Support Engineer will help in managing the escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the Hardware/ development team and establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, like software developers. He is expected to use innovative ideas and logics to implement new processes.

Educational Qualification: BE (CS/ IT)/ MCA or MSc (Computer Science)
Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Customer support/ Technical support

Should have experience working on Java, Java Script, MongoDB and SQL
Should have Experience on Web and Windows applications
Must have Good communication Analytical Skills

Technical Skills :

Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
Javascript, JSON, MongoDB, Windows OS fundamentals
Microsoft knowledge, coding understanding
To support on existing and new upcoming sites for both products Solarpulse Teqo OS

Behavioral Skills:
Good communication Analytical Skills
Ability to handle critical situation

Key Roles Responsibilities :

Installing and configuring, monitoring Maintaining Products/ Applications
Diagnosing and solving software/ hardware faults
Logging customer/ employee queries
