Job Description

Candidate must have worked with Travel Desk Management Like Visa Processing, Domestic & International Travel, Currency arrangements, and Local Taxi & Hotel Booking. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Managed & handled Invoice Processing and Budgeting.
Coordinate with inter-department for Service Agreement Renewal.
Adequate knowledge and understanding of Office Administration.
Facility Management: Stationary, Sim Card, Material Tracking.

Monitoring Housekeeping & Security services.
Able to Design employee Engagement calendar and activities for employee motivation.
Arranging Workplace Parties (annual summer and winter parties to celebrate another year of business)
