  Estontec (OPC) Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have 0 to 4 years experience in Telecom or Software, Able to Speak English, Hindi & 2 regional languages. Must have working knowledge of Linux and Asterisk. ability to read/ understand simple shell scripts, familiarity with common Linux commands, filesystem/ user/ process concepts. Basic understanding of networks. Ability to do very basic network diagnostics and maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customer install applications and programs
Resolving network issues configuring operation systems and using remote desktop connections to provide support
Following standard procedures for proper escalations of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Responsible for designing, implementing, amending, and supporting network and telecom systems
Assist in the designing telecom systems and developing solutions for complex problems
