  Evodigital Technologies Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

Candidate must have a Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organisation`s website
Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
Ensuring maintenance and support to websites facing hosting solutions
Identifying and responding to all website security breaches
Improving the user experience of the website regularly

Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites
Setup and deployment of new hosting servers
Performing DNS transfers and setup as well as troubleshooting DNS issues
Ensuring the data is protected. Monitoring the health of the entire hosting environment
Ability to maintain and implement a backup/disaster plan within a hosting environment
