Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant who will be responsible for administrative support for our team. You will handle administrative projects, and hire and deliver high-quality work under the marketing head`s supervision.

You can connect and engage with each other and experts from multiple Industries. The experts (Mentors) share their knowledge in the form of videos and social media posts to educate the audience. You can book consulting sessions from experts to seek guidance related to your career. In-demand skill-based courses related to Jobs and Careers, the Tech world, Digital Marketing, Startups and Entrepreneurship.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Work Experience- 0.5 to 2 years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment for the company by calling candidates and scheduling the interviews.
Organize communication via emails and phone calls
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Organize workshops and webinars with Colleges
Assistance in social media for the company
Conduct market research and report on the results
Prepare presentations
Help employees with their administrative queries
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Skills Required:

Excellent writing skills.
Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling particularly Google Calendar
Strong phone email and instant messaging communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets particularly MS Office
