Candidate should be Any Technical Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Technical Helpdesk, Networking Troubleshooting. Knowledge in basic SQL Server is an added advantage. Knowledge in Hospital Management Software is an added advantage.
Job Responsibility-
Install and configure the computer applications
Strong troubleshooting, diagnosing skills to resolve technical issues
Ability to learn and work on changing technologies
Visit the client`s location and solve the queries of them
